The Advanced Placement Program at St. Jean de Brébeuf Catholic Secondary School offers students the opportunity to explore in-depth, focused studies in specific subject areas while preparing for the senior-level AP exams.
In keeping with our school’s vision, the AP Program allows students to continue their commitment towards academic excellence, while fostering a positive attitude toward church and society.

**Students with a Gifted designation (PACE), are not required to complete this application or pay the application fee**

IMPORTANT DATES:
- Application Closes: Wednesday, December 3, 2025
- Deadline to Accept or Decline: Sunday, January 4, 2026
- Complete the AP Readiness Questionnaire with your child to inform your decision on whether the AP program is suitable for them.
- Have the following available; FINAL Grade 7 Report Card – must be scanned as a single PDF file
- Complete the Application Form Application Form
**Students with a Gifted designation (PACE), are not required to complete this application or pay the application fee** - A $50 non-refundable Application Fee is payable with your application. All payments can be made through School Day, including for non-YCDSB students.
PLEASE NOTE:
Other than the information/documents requested on the application form, no other documentation is required. The Essay Task and Grade 8 Teacher reference are no longer required.
