As you are aware, today marked the beginning of Quadmester 3. Should students wish to make a request to their current timetable for Quadmester 3 ONLY, please note the following:
- the deadline to make a timetable change request is Friday, February 5th, by the end of the school day
- grade 9 and 10 students may request a course change ONLY for the course type (i.e. a change from Academic to Applied, Applied to Academic); we will not be accepting requests to change elective courses
- grade 11 and 12 students may request changes to electives or compulsories however, availability is limited
- students making a request to change their timetable must do so by visiting the school website, selecting the “Students” drop-down menu and clicking on “Course Change/Transcripts”; next, they will click on the Course Change Request button and follow the on-screen prompts to complete their request
- there is no guarantee that a request can be honoured, especially if classes are full
