Quadmester 2 Report Cards, Cohorts and Textbooks

Thank you for your continued support of the St. Jean de Brebeuf community during these extraordinary times. As we approach the start of a new quadmester, please note the following:
1. Report Cards for Quadmester 2

Our school will be delivering report cards electronically on Friday, February 12th (after 4:00 PM) via the Parent Portal.

Parents are encouraged to sign onto the Parent Portal in advance of February 12th, 2021 to ensure your username and password will allow access. To access this portal, please visit our school’s website, and click on the Parents link in the top banner.  From the Parents page, you will find a link to “Maplewood Parent Portal ConnectEd” on the right hand side.

For detailed instructions on registering, using the portal, and to seek support, please visit: https://sites.google.com/ycdsb.ca/ycdsbparentportal or detailed instructions on how students can access the Student Portal for student centric information, please visit: Student Portal Instructions.

2. Cohorts for Quadmester 3

Students are asked to log onto the Student Portal to view their current cohort assignment. At this time, we have no indication as to whether or not we will be returning to in-person learning after February 10th. That said, in the event that we are, necessary preparations must be made in advance. If you wish to move your child into a different cohort, please inform the school by WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD. Parents can call the school and leave a message at 905-851-3259 or email teresa.tarantino@ycdsbk12.ca.

3. Textbook Distribution for Quadmester 3
