We have developed a plan for the safe return of textbooks that were issued in Quadmester 3. This plan is outlined below:

The collection of Quadmester 3 textbooks will take place on Wednesday April 7th and Thursday April 8th 2021.

Morning Cohort A and B students will return their textbook directly to their teacher on these days.

For Cohort C and afternoon Cohort A/B students, prior to April 7th, teachers will email students the Textbook Collection Form (see below) and have them complete one form for each textbook that they were issued. I have attached a copy of the textbook collection form in case there are any problems. Parents or students can drop off their textbooks on either of the above dates by bringing them to the main doors of the school between 9:00am – 2:00pm. Parents and students are to follow all Covid-19 protocols – i.e. masking and hand sanitizing protocols. Bins will be provided at the main doors of the school in which to deposit textbooks.
A plan for the distribution of textbooks for Quadmester 4 will be shared shortly.
We do require the return of all textbooks as other students are relying on them to help them learn. Thank you in advance for your help in returning these important items.
