Looking Ahead to Semester 2

We would like to provide you with some details related to the schedule for the last two weeks of Semester One classes.

Previously scheduled Exam Days have been converted to Conferencing Days during which time teachers and students will have the opportunity to discuss, review, receive feedback or make any final presentations regarding final Culminating Performance Tasks (CPTs).  It will also be an opportunity to review overall course work and target gaps identified over the course of the semester.

Culminating Performance Tasks will be due during the week of January 24.

From January 31 to February 3, teachers and students will follow a period by day model, allowing for time to be allocated to one class per day for conferencing purposes. Teachers will conduct the conferences from their classrooms and students will participate in conferences virtually from home.

Students with special needs whose program consists of alternative curriculum and who will not be completing culminating performance tasks with their integrated classes, will attend school for the full day, on all 4 scheduled conference days (January 31 – February 3).
