Yearly Student Activity Fee includes the cost of the yearbook. Typically, there is not a separate opportunity to order yearbooks. As you know, we had provided additional opportunities in December and January for families to purchase a 2021/2022 yearbook even if the Student Activity Fee was not paid. We were especially mindful of the large number of Grade 12 students who would potentially not get a yearbook and this is such a precious keepsake particularly for the final year of high school. In recognition of the challenges that have come with the transition back to regular school routines and practices, we would like to offer ONE LAST CHANCE for all students to purchase a 2021/2022 yearbook. If you are unsure if you paid the 2021/2022 Student Activity Fee and will be receiving a yearbook, you can:
- call the school.
- email Ms. D’Ascanio, the Bursar (susie.dascanio@ycdsb.ca) to inquire.
If you have not paid the Student Activity Fee and wish to purchase a yearbook, payment can be made via eTransfer (susie.dascanio@ycdsb.ca) or through School Day, our cashless schools platform. We will be accepting payment of $35 between April 1-14. After the 14th, we will not accept any additional payments. Books will be ordered for those who pay for one. No additional books will be ordered.
Please note, those who have paid the 2022/2023 Student Activity Fee have already secured a yearbook for next year. The school does not purchase extra books to keep on hand. Orders reflect those which have already been paid for through the Student Activity Fee. We have aligned the payment of the Student Activity Fee with the course selection process, which was the practice prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any questions, please contact the school. Thank you.
